Print Image Copies on a PDF Sheet

Place one image, or a single-page PDF, several times on a printable sheet. Choose copies per page, a custom grid or a fixed photo size such as a passport photo, then preview the layout and save a PDF, PNG or JPG. The sheet is created in your browser; the file is not uploaded to our server. To combine different images into one PDF, use the JPG to PDF tool instead.

Typical uses: passport-style photo sheets, multiple labels or cards on one page, or repeated artwork for printing.

Guide: Image Sheet Maker

This tool repeats one image, or one PDF page, across a printable sheet. It is meant for several identical prints on one page, such as small photos, labels or cards. To combine different images into one PDF, use the JPG to PDF tool.

How to use it

  1. Choose a JPG, PNG, WebP image or a single-page PDF from your device.
  2. Choose copies per sheet, a custom grid, or a fixed photo size such as a passport-style photo.
  3. Set paper size, orientation, margin, gap, image fit, rotation and optional cut lines.
  4. Check the live preview and the estimated print resolution before creating the file.
  5. Save as PDF, PNG or JPG. Print at Actual size or 100% and measure a test print first.

When this tool helps

  • Print several small photos on one sheet of photo paper.
  • Lay out labels, cards or stickers with cut lines.
  • Fill a page with copies of the same artwork.

What it can do

  • Copies per sheet, custom grid or fixed photo size
  • A4, Letter and other paper sizes with margins and cut lines
  • Save as PDF, PNG or JPG at up to 600 DPI

Tips for better results

  • Print at Actual size or 100% so the copies keep their exact size, and measure a test print first.
  • Watch the estimated print resolution; below about 150 DPI the image may look blurry.
  • Increase the margin if your printer cuts off the edges.

Limits to know about

  • It uses one image per sheet design; it does not place different images on the same sheet.
  • Photo size presets only set the box size. They do not check any official photo requirements.
  • PNG and JPG downloads contain the first sheet only; choose PDF to get every sheet.

Frequently asked questions

How do I put several copies of one image on a page?
